Individually tailored care services at home
Community Careline Services know that the best care home is your own home. Given the choice, most people would prefer to live in their own home instead of leaving familiar surroundings and moving into residential care. At Community Careline Services, we make that choice a realistic option for the elderly and people with disabilities. Our own professional carers work closely with Social Services, District Nurses, GPs, Home Care Services and other professionals, as well as the client’s family and friends. We are therefore able to provide a flexible, integrated service that helps support the client in their own home.
We provide the kind of duties that most other support services don’t provide on a regular basis. These duties can range from household tasks to intimate personal care. Our care services are designed to be flexible, and fit around each individual’s requirements and wishes. It is this very personalised approach to care provision that makes our service so unique. Simply being there can make such a difference, and can help people with severe disabilities or infirmaties lead a more independent life.
We offer a wide range of homecare services:
- Sitting and respite care
- Monitoring systems
We can also assist with a variety of domestic duties:
- Home maintenance
- Pension/benefit collection
- Advocacy and representation
Community Careline Services are not a medical service. We do not administer medical procedures, such as applying and changing dressings, catheter care, giving drugs by injection or supervising any specialist treatments. Where these services are required, we contact the appropriate professionals.
