  • Community Careline Services are committed to continuously reviewing the services provided, always working towards the highest possible standards and making full use of the latest technological advances.
  • We can provide ‘out of hours’ support to clients and carers. We also provide “first respondent service”, staffed 24 hours a day by two senior members of staff. 

All Community Careline Services personnel are thoroughly trained in all aspects of care management and must adhere to the detailed policies and procedures of our organisation. All employees are required to attend regular training sessions and must be able to demonstrate a variety of relevant skills. Our approach is always to stress professionalism with a personal touch.
